Lancaster County Winery offers a selection of White, Pink and Red Wines ranging from Dry to Sweet. The process begins with the care and harvesting of grapes, with the wines taking 3-4 years to properly age.
WHITES:
Vidal Blanc - a semi-dry, crisp varietal similar to Rhine wine.
White Chablis - a semi-dry, a true classic to accompany any meal, great with hors d'oeuvres.
Seyval Blanc - a semi-dry white, slightly fruity taste.
Colonial White Wine - a semi-sweet, excellent for desert, sipping, light luncheon and good with turkey.
REDS:
Dry Red Special Reserve - a very dry, light-bodied, serve with roasts, pasta and hearty stew.
Cascade - a pleasant semi-dry red varietal. Serve chilled with pasta or roasts.
Colonial Red Wine - a semi-sweet to serve chilled, have it with pasta or other Italian dishes.
BLENDS:
Amber Blush - a semi-dry with just a hint of color, terrific with grilled chicken or Salmon.
Pink Chablis - a semi-dry with a light fruity flavor. Perfect for all occasions.
Colonial Sweet Pink - a combination of red and white grapes makes this a favorite "fruity" blush type wine.
IN A CLASS BY ITSELF:
Colonial Spiced Apple - a wine made from the finest Lancaster County apples, serve warm or chilled, great with chicken or pork.
